Edit or remove records

Use the Records tab to review individual vitals, medications, prescriptions, and lab reports. Available menus let you edit or delete supported records. Profile details can be changed from Profile. Deleting a record removes it from the active vault and syncs an encrypted deletion marker so another authorized device does not restore it.

Control clinician sharing

You choose the date range and categories included in every clinician share. Active sessions can be revoked from the Share tab and expire automatically. Revocation stops future access through ProCare Log but cannot erase information already viewed, downloaded, photographed, printed, or independently retained.

Connected-health permission

Apple Health and Health Connect access is optional and read-only. You may deny or revoke access in your operating-system settings. This stops future reads; it does not delete readings you previously reviewed and imported into ProCare Log. Delete those imported records separately in the app.

Trusted devices

The Devices screen shows phones authorized for encrypted sync. You can remove a previously approved device. Device removal stops that device's future cloud access and rotates protected key access for remaining trusted devices. A removed device may retain information it already decrypted locally until its local app data is erased.

Family and delegated access

Family membership does not automatically reveal health information. Review granted permissions, expiration, and shared profiles from Profile. Owners may revoke access; recipients may leave shared access. Prior copies or screenshots cannot be remotely erased.
